Construction Law Q&A: EOT assessments - are CAs/EAs getting it right?
ºÚÝ®ÊÓƵ's Construction and Engineering team invites you to join us for a Q&A session discussing EOT assessments and whether CAs and EAs are "getting it right".
The session will offer the opportunity to hear from ºÚÝ®ÊÓƵ’s expert construction law barristers on the form, content and extent of an EA's/CA's EOT award recommendation, as well as ask questions on this important topic.
Speakers include barristers James Davison, Patrick Heneghan, Jon Shaw and William Charlesworth.
The seminar will be followed by a networking drinks reception.
